Bowing Before Monarchs and Tyrants: Obama 'Restores' America's World Standing With His Head Down - UPDATE: REAGAN DIDN'T BOW!!

The headline up top is borrowed from Power Line, "Why is This Man Bowing?" (via Memeorandum):

Obama's breach of protocol is of a piece with the substance of his foreign policy. He means to teach Americans to bow before monarchs and tyrants. He embodies the ideological multiculturalism that sets the United States on the same plane as other regimes based on tribal privilege and royal bloodlines. He gives expressive form to the idea that the United States now willingly prostrates itself before the rest of the world. He declares that the United States is a country like any other, only worse, because we have so much for which to apologize.

thnx 4 lnkge.

obama's bow to akihito was stealth apology for winning ww2 and for winning by using nukes - which BTW saved 20 MILLION japanese lives.

obama = treasonous bastard.

Added up top, Gerard! Thanks for the heads up!

The left will spin this by saying Obama was showing respect to Japanese culture and that past presidents were too arrogant to respect the cultures of other nations.

I think I am going to start a fund to buy Obama a back brace for when he travels abroad. This way all he will be able to do is give slight nods of the head at best. Who's in?

That's funny, Clifton!

Well, that's putting it plainly, Mark (SR)!

How is it that making an effort to show respect for another culture, rather than upholding a tradition of arrogance, ethnocentrism, and more testosterone-than-brains masculinity is a bad thing? Your wingnut ethnocentrism has left you all so insane as to be guided only by delusional aggression and constant fear of anything that does not conform to the bizarre brand of white male American bigotry you all find so comfortable. Your sentiment actually reads "If you're not like us, we do not respect you, and anyone who dares show you respect is an evildoer and a traitor!" I'm certain many of you simply won't understand why such sentiment is bad, though. It's very sad, what you neo-cons do to the US.

Not welcomed here, Anon. But your whacked comments will stay as an outlier for later commenters to ridicule.

anon...ANOTHER POS.

Great perspective on the Oba-Mao bow. Tweeting and linking this one.

Leftist political commissars like TMV's Kattenburg, a bloated example of neo-Stalinist adoration of Dear Leadership, calls those Americans who decline to pluck the hems of the robes of kings and emperors "yokels."

I'm sure Kattenbulger's going to have a special agitprop cadre party line for Americans who object to Obambi's curtseying before Queen Elizabeth II.

Obama thought Akihito was a muslim and Obama bows to all muslim potentates; it is part of his religious obligation.

quidpro...I don't get it?

Oo, let me try one: Generic, "they're diffrunt than us", Obama hating, circle jerk rhetoric. How was that? Yeah, I could be a neocon.
